maple ginger soy tofu broil with normandy veggie medley sauteed in coconut & hint of sesame oil topped with roasted black sesame seeds balanced with quinoa

tofu (not the super soft kind)
peeled ginger
maple syrup (honey as alternative)
soy sauce mix (i have a bottle of premix of soy, brown sugar & cayenne but feel free to just use regular or light soy)

mix ginger maple & soy

douse generous amount of mix to tofu squares in a baking tray or some sort of pyrex, broil until the top is caramelized.. 10-20 minutes depending on conditions

plate it all together and enjoy!! remember.. use your senses, no measurements no rules!!
