carrot ginger

‎: homemade organic carrot ginger soup with a slice of focaccia laden with dutch reypenaer cheese smuggled from amsterdam..

boil some organic carrots assuming you've washed them..
add a nugget of peeled ginger
bouillon

are we tender yet?

taste the broth to adjust the taste..

get that hand blender out & blend!

a touch of organic blue agave sweetener
a pinch of rosemary
a couple of jiggers of soymilk

add another nugget of ginger for that extra zing!

now for the focaccia..

get a nice square piece
slice laterally
add some cheese! in my case, it's a one year aged reypenaer dutch cheese..

toast!

put some soup in a groovy bowl
get the crusty cheesy bread

eat with gusto!
